6/23/2023 0 Comments Monster hunter riders lute![]() So in my meanwhile overstrained f*cking mind it means, that either, if Red wasn't Redan (and yes the name could be a reference/connection, purposely made by the writers), Red only fought the red light or whatever it was called and Redan with the white dragon has either fought a thousand years ago against the last black blight before MHST or fought something else. the black blight is said to be a phenomenon that occured a thousand years ago. the only problem we have is, if i remember correctly, there are no actual facts about if the events of Redan saving the world bonding with the white dragon bla bla happened just a while or a long time ago. so Redan's "white dragon" could also be a rathalos, just like Red's. but as we clearly saw, the protagonist from MHST had a Rathalos who, at the end of a fiercy battle, began to shine in a bright white light. his monstie was guardian ratha, a rathalos.Īll we know about Redan on the other hand is, that he's a Rider who was bonded to the "white dragon" so people assumed, that his monstie had to be Versa Pietru. sure, Red was kind of a legendary Rider himself, but nontheless, all we know about him is that, during his lifetime, he spent most of his time exploring the "world" to find out things about the red light. ![]() The thing is, that i am not so sure about that either. were doing their part to help, people also wonder if Red was actually Redan, the legendary Rider. While the question remains, where the protagonist from the first MHST has been during the events of MHS2, while Cheval, Lilia, Reverto etc. also the game stated, that he was a rider from Mahana Village for god's sake. Some people said that he might be the one, who stopped the black blight from MHST (protagonist), which makes no sense at all, because he was significantly older than Cheval and the others. In a few other subreddits i saw people arguing wether or not Red, grandfather of the MHS2's protagonist, has something to do with the black blight from MHST.
